My passion lies in helping people make lasting changes while having a great time in the gym. Workouts don't have to be dull, right? Specializing in strength and muscle building, my expertise is backed by my NASM certification. But life outside the gym is just as important! Working with Chavi has been a great experience for me and my husband. At our initial meeting, Chavi got to know us as individuals and ask us about our health and fitness goals. He took the time to answer our questions about equipment for our personal gym, showed us proper technique as we work through each exercise, and made us a customized workout plan that would fit our needs, as well as weekly check-ins to see how our progress was going. Having his support created motivation and accountability for us and as time has gone by we have become more comfortable in the gym on our own

When I started the 4 week challenge, the inflammation in my body was at an all time high and I was desperate for a change. I have always been hesitant to do any diet challenges since in the past, it always felt impractical and something I’d never stick to long term. With Chavi’s 4 week challenge, I didn’t feel like I was starving which enabled me to actually lift and get stronger. Prioritizing protein helped me to remain full and not feel I was in a major calorie deficit. His workouts were straight forward, customizable and clear, emphasizing proper form and good amounts of rest. Overall in 4 weeks I lost 10 pounds and 3 inches in my waist. The best part about this challenge is the way he sets you up to continue making smarter, more informed choices about diet and exercise well after the 4 weeks end. I finished the challenge with a deep sense of accomplishment and wealth of knowledge that I could have never found on my own. I am feeling better than I have in years and the inflammation in my body is practically gone!
